Private consultations only (01.03.2021)
1. Introduction
Only one-to-one and private consultations are offered, on public land and at home.
2. Purpose
To guarantee the safety of customers.
3. Protective measures
I. For the trainer
1. Personal hygiene

Hands must be disinfected prior to the start of the session and before the preparation and use of tools.

During the course of the day the trainer regularly disinfects her hands.
2. Social distance
3. inimum distance of 1.5 metres must be kept between the trainer and the customer/s.
4. Use of masks
The use of masks is compulsory even the minimum distance is maintained.
5. Other
The must be respected: avoid handshakes or other forms of physical contact; if coughing or sneezing, use a handkerchief or the elbow crease.
II. For the customer
1. Hand disinfection
2. Compliance with Covid-19 basic standards
The customer must comply with the basic instructions of the Federal Office of Public Health, such as maintaining social distance, wearing a mask, avoiding physical contact and coughing/sneezing into a handkerchief or elbow crease.
III. Organisational and logistical measures
1. Access rules
On public ground
The number of participants is limited to maximum 15 pe, including the , the rules of hygiene and .
At home

Private consultations at home are limited to the household bubble. Sessions are only held outdoors if a sufficiently large and enclosed garden is available and in compliance with hygiene and spacing regulations.

The lending of games, tools and books for home use is suspended.
2. Attendance tracking
For private consultations, an evaluation form with the data of the customer and the dog is completed.
4. Information
Customers are informed about consultation rules by telephone or email. The protection plan is published on the website.

6. Entry into force
This plan came into force on 1 March 2021. Any adjustments or changes will be decided as the situation develops.
